I’m presenting in Marin today at San Domenico School’s third annual iTeach Conference. This conference is all about educational technology (especially iPads) and the best ways to use it to support students. Here’s some information about my talk.
iPads as Assistive Technology for Neurodiverse Learners
Come learn about the iPad’s special potential for supporting learning and teaching for students with learning disabilities. We’ll explore the built-in capabilities of the iPad in addition to great apps that work especially well to support organization, note-taking, and study skills. This session is appropriate for teachers and administrators of all backgrounds; no special training in special education is assumed or required.
You can follow the conference on Twitter with the hashtag #iTeach2014, and you can view the schedule here: http://iteach2014.sched.org.
